Gamers eager to test their mettle need look no further than this soulslike title.

Bringing together elements from Dark Souls and Elden Ring, this recently launched experience is proving a hit with FromSoftware fans.

There’s always the potential for a game to miss its mark when it attempts to emulate the tension, challenge, and grotesque beauty of FromSoft titles.

Take on the challenges of Perennial Order today

Simply delivering an extremely difficult experience won’t cut it – you need meat on those bones; substance.

The newly released Perennial Order has that in spades as far as players are concerned.

Created by Gardenfiend Games and published by SOEDESCO, this “atmospheric” world is plagued with “nature-infested horrors” that are enough to make your skin crawl.

Although it launched on 6 September, Steam reviews are very positive, with no negative comments in sight at the time of writing this.

That’s quite a feat to pull off considering how unforgiving gamers can be.

“I just finished Perennial Order, and I think it's such an incredible game!” posted DelinquentGhost, “The art is gorgeous. The soundtrack is wonderful. The voice acting is fantastic [...] I absolutely loved it!”

From there, another added, “This game is absolutely fantastic. My biggest worry is it not selling enough copies; so buy it and enjoy the hell out of it.”

Although nobody on the GAMINGbible team has played this yet, from what we’ve seen from its trailer and screenshots, Perennial Order is shaping up to become a revered hidden gem of a game.

As trite as the phrase “hidden gem” is, this indie title fits it perfectly as its brilliance still remains relatively unknown.

Currently, there’s a 10 percent discount in place should you need further convincing that this title is for you allowing you.

Even without this discount, the normal £16.99 retail price seems more than fitting for such a highly praised game in its infancy.
