PlayStation 5 owners don’t have long to give one of 2026’s biggest releases ago before launch day, you really can’t miss your chance.
In addition to this month’s PlayStation Plus offerings, there are a few bonus freebies available, one of which ties in with one of the hottest TV shows going right now.
Invincible Vs is Skybound Games’ gritty and gruesome take on the Invincible IP which started its life as a comic series before blossoming into a fully-fledged Amazon Prime show.
The show is currently airing its fourth season so this game’s April release date is excellent timing, as is the open beta you can play right now.
Those on PlayStation 5 can jump into the action straight away as you’ll be able to find Invincible Vs’ open beta on the store as a separate listing to the game.

Players will dive into 3v3 battles featuring some of the series’ most iconic characters, like Invincible himself, Omni-Man and everyone’s GOAT Rexsplode.
One of the game’s many highlights is the gore. Don’t expect Mortal Kombat levels of blood and guts, but there’s still plenty of it, albeit animated in a more cartoonish way to not be too off-putting.
It’s all there though and a lot of it takes inspiration from the comic and show’s most remembered kills.

Certain frames of the game genuinely looked like they were ripped off the comic’s pages. The attention to detail is astounding.
The game also boasts some impressive destruction mechanics, with characters sending each other hurtling through buildings and other parts of the environment.
Your character will even sustain battle damage as the fight drags on leading them to losing more and more of their costume and developing cuts and bruises wherever they were hit.
It’s a lot of fun and if you want to hear more about the game check out GAMINGbible’s glowing preview from Gamescom 2025.

Those who play Invincible Vs early through the open beta will even unlock special rewards to take into the full game, should you decide to purchase.
You’ll be able to claim an exclusive skin for Omni-Man, depicting the disgraced hero in his most recent fit from the TV series.
Be warned though, you don’t have long left to dive into the action as the beta will conclude tomorrow on 11 April so don’t miss your chance.
