PlayStation Plus’ extra and premium tiers are set to expand tomorrow, with 10 new free games on the way.
And I hope you’ve got some free storage space, because subscribers are set to gain over 243GB worth of content.
Twitter/X account PlayStationSize has, as per usual, posted the file sizes of this month’s headline releases - and there’s some pretty hefty titles on the way.
From 6GB to 87GB, There’s Something For All Storage Availabilities This Month
The biggest is, of course, Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 which comes in at 87.363GB.
If you’re yet to play it, I can highly recommend this sequel; in fact, I think it easily outclasses its predecessor, with a more engaging story, expanded map, and dual protagonist set-up.

It’s a blast that you should be able to Platinum in around 15 hours or so.
In second position is Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown at 72.387GB.
This online racer pitches itself as an alternative to Grand Theft Auto VI and while I’m not sure about that, it certainly lets you cruise through gorgeous cityscapes that wouldn’t look out of place in the Rockstar Games franchise.
Echoes of the End: Enhanced Edition comes in at 40.749GB, a highly underrated third-person action-adventure from Myrkur Games and Deep Silver that launched just last year.

It got largely ignored at launch but devs have worked tirelessly to make a good game even better. It’s one for God of War and The Witcher fans.
Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin also joins this month’s extra tier line-up sitting at 25.262GB with the original Monster Hunter Stories arriving alongside it. The latter is pretty small at 11.376GB.
You can play these spin-offs without knowledge of the main games and it’s a great time to do that given that Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is due to launch next month.
For those who enjoy a smaller play, you might want to check out delightful 2024 launch Neva at just 6.047GB.
This is a Studio Ghibli-esque action-adventure that follows Alba and her wolf companion Neva.
It features puzzle solving, sidescrolling platforming, and some pretty tough boss battles. There are difficulty settings if the latter isn’t to your liking.
PlayStation Plus will also welcome several other titles tomorrow not highlighted by PlayStationSize as that info is slightly less readily available.
I’ll highlight though that Season: A Letter to the Future is a “meditative exploration game” where you play as a young woman experiencing the end of the world, albeit a relaxing end.
I’ve been meaning to play it for years, and it can be completed in around six to seven hours.
Venba is a charming cooking game that only takes one or two hours to roll credits on. I have played this one and I enjoyed every second.
I can’t tell you its file size, but I know it’s very tiny if you’re pushed for space.
Rugby 25 is likely to be a bit larger. It’s exactly what it says on the tin so if you enjoy sports and rugby, you’re in luck.
Finally, this month’s only premium tier exclusive is Wall-E. This one will probably also have a rather small file size, as the game can be completed in five or so hours.
A great line-up this month, if you ask me. All mentioned titles arrive tomorrow on 17 February.
