Sony is seemingly pulling out all the stops for PlayStation Plus subscribers lately and that is definitely the case this month as members will be able to grab another incredible game for absolutely free.

We already know that being a PlayStation Plus subscriber can be hit or miss depending on which games are added to its library each month.

However, it seems as though Sony is trying to combat the negative feedback by making some changes.

This includes adding some more day-one releases and now, it has also added another free game that PlayStation Plus subscribers can grab for free throughout June.

More specifically, Fun with the Fitzgeralds is free to claim for all tiers of PlayStation Plus until 19 June.

Fun with the Fitzgeralds is a “simply yet fun” battle royale that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Developed by Draydur Studio, this shoot ‘em up title will be one of the funniest battle royales you have ever played as players fight to become King or Queen of the land.

Not only that but the development behind this game has a lovely story as it was inspired by the creator’s six-year-old daughter.

“Let me tell you, FWTF aka Fun with the Fitzgerald's, it's what it says in the title,” they explain.

“It's all just about the fun.

My six-year-old daughter is a massive gamer just like I was at her age but most of the more suitable popular titles were just too difficult for her. So we teamed up to create a simple yet fun battle royale game that can be enjoyed by all ages.”

Players can drop into the arena and use all sorts of gadgets in order to knock out their opponents. This includes snowball guns, ice blasters or even electric zappers.

If you find yourself in trouble, you will be able to zip away on a jet pack and finding coins around the map will allow you to purchase your favourite weapons at nearby merchants.

As with most battle royales, the last player standing will be the winner and with all members of the family able to play Fun with the Fitzgeralds, we can only imagine how competitive they will get.

Fun with the Fitzgeralds is available for free for PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium members until 19 June so don’t miss out.
