The latest massive open-world game to hit PlayStation Plus is significantly larger than The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and will keep you busy for hours and hours.

In the latest offering of free games that come as part of your PlayStation Plus subscription, you can get the bestselling Cyberpunk 2077 to explore.

With hundreds of missions, plenty of NPCs to meet, and a wealth of activities to keep you busy, Night City is a vast metropolis in which to lose yourself.

In fact, Night City is larger than all of Skyrim, with so much to see and do.

Cyberpunk 2077 players can explore around 75.42 km², which is a staggering amount of space to let loose.

This dwarfs the world of Skyrim, which sits at around 37.1 km², and while you might suggest that there are more quests to complete in Skyrim, you can’t cruise around in flashy sports cars, can you?

With the CD Projekt Red game hitting PlayStation Plus, it’s giving players a chance to experience this futuristic world for the first time.

Users can see just how far the game has come since its rocky launch five years ago, one that many thought couldn’t be fixed.

However, after many patches and updates, the developer brought the action RPG to a point of brilliance, and now is the perfect time to play.

Of course, the two games are very different; with Skyrim the map may be smaller, but there are mountains to scale and dungeons to crawl through.

Both games have their fans, and you don’t have to choose one over the other, but if you’ve been itching to get into Night City and explore the seedy areas, as well as the fancy highrise buildings, now is your chance.

Get out there and see every inch of Night City.
