Another month means another batch of PlayStation Stars incentives and that means you could see yourself bag a hell of a lot of free store credit without any effort at all.

Unlike PlayStation Plus, Sony’s PlayStation Stars membership scheme allows members to join for free and better yet, gives them the opportunity to earn themselves free points on a monthly basis.

Find out how Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 could earn you some free points this month below!

In turn, these points can eventually be accumulated enough to exchange for free store credit for the PlayStation Store and with games costing even more in recent years, any little will definitely help.

Now that a new month has begun, PlayStation Stars has announced multiple campaigns which members can take part in.

So without further ado, let’s take a look at some of the ways you can earn some free store credit throughout May.

The first campaign centers around PlayStation Plus as players will need to boot up any of the current PS Plus April 2025 games in order to earn 50 points.

These include: RoboCop Rogue City, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, or Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory.

On the topic of PS Plus, being a member (to either the Extra or Premium tiers) can see you grab another 50 points by launching one of the following games: Hogwarts Legacy, Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Chivalry 2, Forspoken, Demon's Souls, or Mortal Shell.

If you are not subscribed to PS Plus, you can still earn 50 points this month by purchasing one of the following digital games on the PlayStation Store: Fatal Fury City of the Wolves, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Clair Obscur Expedition 33, Onimusha Warlords, Forever Skies, or The Last of Us Complete.

Last but not least, 25 points can also be earned if you choose to take part in May’s PlayStation Tournament.

To earn the points, you will have to sign up to any eligible PS Tournament throughout the month and play at your scheduled time.

You can do this by checking out the Tournaments section of any applicable game on PS5 (such as Tekken 8, for example), signing up and then playing at the scheduled time.

These are all the free points which can be earned throughout May but make sure you activate each PlayStation Stars campaign before you purchase or play any of the eligible titles.
