PlayStation free store credit up for grabs, but you've not got long

Claim these points ASAP!

You can claim easy PlayStation rewards points to spend on free store credit but you don’t have long to make them yours.

Keeping up with our favourite hobby of playing video games can get very expensive, especially if we want to pick up the latest releases. Thankfully, subscription services such as PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass are great ways to save money by offering hundreds of games at a relatively low cost.

We can also take part in rewards schemes, both of which are offered by Sony and Microsoft. One of those reward schemes is the topic of today’s discussion, namely PlayStation Stars.

Once you’ve signed up to PlayStation Stars for free and downloaded the PlayStation mobile app (also free), you’re pretty much good to go.

By completing easy campaigns that often require you to play a new PS Plus game, earn a specific in-game trophy or spend money on the PS Store, you’ll be clocking up reward points in no time.

Those reward points can be spent on digital collectables to proudly display on your PlayStation mobile profile, select full games, DLC and best of all, £5 and £10 store credit to spend on whatever you want.

As brought to our attention by TrueTrophies.com, three easy campaigns are available now but all of which will leave PS Stars on Monday, 31 March 2025. So you don’t have long to claim 150 reward points (and then some).

The first campaign requires you to simply fire up one of the five PS Plus Extra and Premium games to earn 50 points:

  • Embr
  • Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed
  • Killer Frequency
  • Nour Play With Your Food
  • Return to Monkey Island

Next, by firing up one of the following three PS Plus Essential titles, you’ll earn another 50 reward points:

  • Dragon Age The Veilguard
  • Sonic Colors Ultimate
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles The Cowabunga Collection

Finally, by purchasing any seven of these titles from the PS Store, you’ll not only earn 50 repoints, but also additional points that reflect the price of the game you buy:

  • Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake
  • Dynasty Warriors Origins
  • Kingdom Come Deliverance II
  • Like a Dragon Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii
  • Ninja Gaiden 2 Black
  • Urban Myth Dissolution Center

As always, we’ll keep you updated when the new PlayStation Stars campaigns arrive so that you can take a step closer to claiming free store credit.
