There is no denying that 2025 has been another incredible year for gaming and to make matters even better, we are far from done.
With September belonging to Hades 2 and Silent Hill f and October welcoming in titles such as Ghost of Yōtei, gaming has never been more back.
However, there is always time for even more gaming in between some of the year’s biggest releases and luckily, PlayStation has found a way to make it more accessible than ever.

So without further ado, let us take a look at some incredible releases which are set to launch fully over the next year but are available to play right now.
Kentum: a survival and “2D craftervania adventure” where you will survive, explore, and rebuild civilisation one machine at a time alongside your quirky robot companion.
Islets: a wholesome Metroidvania which tasks you with reuniting a fragmented world from the skies. Help your animal companion navigate a hand-painted world as they face powerful monstrous adversaries and meet a quirky cast of characters.

Dunjungle: a 2D action-packed roguelite starring a monkey who must protect his jungle against a corruptive power. With ever-changing dungeons and a wide arsenal of weapons, no two runs are the same as you explore, fight, die, and repeat.
Kingdom Shell: an atmospheric 2D platformer with a captivating storyline. Stop the invasion of nightmarish creatures as you unravel the mysteries of the kingdom, find secrets, fight powerful bosses and stop an impending catastrophe.
Little Nightmares III: the third instalment in the beloved puzzle-platformer series. Follow the story of best friends Low and Alone as they search for a way out of the Nowhere. Play with a friend and navigate the monstrous world in this highly anticipated release.
POOLS: a walking simulator turned psychological horror where you will need to explore, admire and listen. You won’t find any jumpscares here, but instead an oppressive atmosphere inspired by backrooms.

Dead Reset: a blood-soaked interactive horror game where you will find yourself caught in a terrifying death loop. In the underwater facility, you will need to evade an evolving parasitic horror as you retrace your steps in order to uncover the truth.
Halls of Torment: a horde survival roguelite which will see you take on massive groups of enemies in order to ultimately face the Lords of the underworld. Fans of Hades will love this ever-changing crawler.
