PlayStation 5 owners won’t want to miss this giveaway, with a prize worth £100, there’s only a few days left to enter though.
There’s no doubt that the PlayStation 5 is the clear winner for next-gen consoles. The Xbox Series X/S are great, especially with the stellar offerings as part of Xbox Game Pass, but the exclusives the PS5 is rocking are all you’d need to warrant getting one.

The only problem, and it’s something affecting all platforms these days, is there’s just not enough space to install a huge library of games. Gamers are sick and tired of constantly having to make room on their systems for the next AAA experience, which is why many bite the bullet and get an expansion for their console memory.
If you’re a PS5 owner with the same issue but don’t want to splurge on a new hard drive, you’re in luck, as one is being given away to one lucky winner as part of a new competition.
Held by the Reddit user u/Seagate_Surfer, the competition puts a 1TB NVME Game Drive for PS5 up for grabs, which is certainly nothing to sneeze at. 1TB of storage can provide room for a lot of games, and the hard-drive itself costs a whopping £100 so you’d be saving a fair amount of cash if you win.
Entering is simple too, all interested participants have to do is go this Reddit post and leave a comment on “how a Game Drive would enhance your gaming experience,” as well as including the text "SeagateGaming" somewhere in the post.
Entry windows for the competition will close at midnight on 29th December 2023, with the winner being announced a few days later on 2nd January 2024.
So if you’re in the market for a shiny new hard-drive but are reluctant to buy one, it’s worth entering the competition, especially if you’re feeling lucky.
