It isn't often a massive game launches and is completely free to play. Yet, that's exactly what's happened with this PlayStation title.
Although not exclusive to PlayStation, the game has only just this month become available to console players. What is more, we're talking about the return of an "iconic series", so it makes sense that gamers will be eager to check this title out.
Delta Force promises a fun free-to-play experience that'll have you whiling away the hours without even realising it. Despite its mixed reviews on Steam, there are plenty of players who've logged on for a quick session that soon turned into hours. Steam reviewer sorcrya shared how their experience "ended up turning into six hours of nonstop playing this absolute masterpiece".

Arguably, what got them so hooked is how easy it is to get stuck into its tactical, actioned-packed gameplay.
"I'd say if you don't want to spend like $70 on the newest Call of Duty, just play this game," said user Crxx. "You will get almost the same vibes and what CoD offers these days, and yeah this one is actually free-to-play so its worth a try."

Even if Delta Force isn't everything you hoped it would be, it's free, so it's not like you have much to complain about if you don't enjoy it – just switch it off and play something else. It's that simple. We love being able to play without any fear of feeling robbed of our hard earned cash.
"Delta Force meets the next generation extraction shooter as you deploy behind enemy lines with your squad, search for valuables, take on rival players, and extract before it’s too late," reads the game's description. "Alternatively, our PvE Raid mode offers challenging objective-based missions designed to push your squad to the limit."
You'll be taking enemies on across land, air, and sea in a game that's been described as "easy to recommend" by PC Gamer.
You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain, so if you're itching to try out Delta Force, just head to the PlayStation store and start playing.
