PlayStation 5 bonus free download released, no PS Plus required

PlayStation 5 gamers on the hunt for something to play this weekend might want to take a leaf out of RUN DMC and Aerosmith's book and walk this way.

While anyone with an Xbox should by all rights be getting lost in Avowed right now, PlayStation 5 gamers are still spoiled for choice. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, for instance, is available on all platforms and offers a shockingly deep RPG.

But if you fancy something a little lighter, might I recommend the brand-new free level available now for the excellent (and GOTY-winning) Astro Bot?

Available right now, you're invited to test your skills in the new Thrust Or Bust speedrun challenge level. Thrust Or Bust. Thrust. Or. Bust.

Somebody at PlayStation got paid to name that level, and I think they know exactly what they were doing.

Thrust Or Bust looks to be one of the more challenging Astro Bot levels, which makes sense given it's a challenge level. You'll have to keep your wits about if you want to make it to the very end and come out with a respectable time.

The update also includes a brand-new bot to rescue, though I couldn't possibly spoil the surprise by telling you where to find them. Also I don't know because I haven't played the level yet, so there's that.
