Sony recently added a bunch of games to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium for December 2024, and they add loads of value to the service.

It doesn't matter which tier of PlayStation Plus you subscribe to, each of the three available offers fantastic value, especially when comparing the yearly cost to that of a single fully-priced AAA game.

At the end of November, the three titles coming to the PlayStation Plus Essential tier for December were announced and those were It Takes Two, Aliens: Dark Descent and TemTem, three very good games.

Combined, according to HowLongToBeat, you can get up to an estimated 139 hours of playtime worth an RRP of £109.97.

Several weeks later, Sony announced the games that would be coming to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers, offering even more combined hours and value.

Below are the combined estimated hours and cost of all the games included in PS Plus Extra and Premium for December 2024:

  • A Space for the Unbound (10 to 12 hours) - RRP £15.99
  • Biped (Three to 11 hours) - RRP £11.99
  • Coffee Talk (Four to eight hours) - RRP £11.48
  • Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly (Seven to 16 hours) - RRP £12.99
  • F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch (12 to 20 hours) - RRP £24.99
  • Forspoken (14 to 58 hours) - RRP £64.99
  • Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (10 to 12 hours) - RRP £7.99
  • Jurassic World Evolution 2 (Six to 101 hours) - RRP £49.99
  • PHOGS (Eight to 11 hours) - RRP £19.99
  • Rabbids: Party of Legends (Three to four hours) - RRP £32.99
  • Sly 2: Band of Thieves (15 to 17 hours) - RRP £7.99
  • Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves (13 to 15 hours) - RRP £7.99
  • Sonic Frontiers (16 to 26 hours) - RRP £49.99
  • Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge (Three to six hours) - RRP £34.99
  • WRC Generations (14 to 66 hours) - RRP £39.99

In total, depending on your playstyle, you can get combined times of anything between 137 and 383 hours and a value of £394.34. All that for a PS Plus Premium subscription of £13.49 a month or £119.99 for the entire year (and that’s at full price).
