The time has arrived, Sony has announced the next batch of free offerings for PlayStation Plus Essential in December 2024.
No matter the tier that you subscribe to, Sony’s PlayStation Plus offers a lot of bang for your buck. For example, the PS Plus Essential tier, the topic of today’s discussion, offers three new titles every month that you can keep in your library as long as you have an active subscription.

PlayStation Plus also offers additional perks such as exclusive discounts from the PS Store, as well as free DLC. As for the upper two tiers, PS Plus Extra offers additional PS5 and PS4 titles to enjoy.
However, PlayStation Plus Premium offers everything included in the previous two tiers but with retro titles from the PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS Vita eras. Oh, and we also get curated movies at no extra cost, cloud streaming, trials and more.
