PlayStation is set to lose over 100 games from its Japanese PSN store, a selection filled with PlayStation 4 and PS Vita titles.
The move comes as Japanese publisher, Entergram, states that they will delist all 106 of their games on 30 September 2025, leaving fans with a little time to buy up the PlayStation titles before they vanish.
Admittedly, this is likely to be inconsequential for a lot of fans, for several reasons, with the prime point being that these were mostly kept to the Japanese PSN store.
Upon further digging, it seems that the majority of these games were visual novels, which appeals to a wide, but still relatively small audience.

To go one further, it’s only games for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita that will be impacted by this change.
Entergram noted in their statement, “If you are planning to purchase the titles, please purchase them as soon as possible.”
34 of the games listed will be returning via other publishers, but it seems there is no formal support beyond that.
If you’re interested in buying any of the titles, you will need access to the Japanese PSN store.

As of the time of writing, there is no reason stated as to why these games are being delisted. Usually this would occur after licensing expires.
The full list of games shows that many of the games are also available on the Nintendo Switch console, and these will also be delisted on the same day.
Neither Nintendo nor Sony have commented on the removal, though it’s worth noting that packaged retail editions of the games will remain on sale until inventory runs out.
Whether this impacts you or not, it’s always sad to see the hard work of developers being delisted, and game preservationists will be quick to buy up boxed copies of these games in order to keep them alive.
