PlayStation gamers warned they've 10 days left to claim free store credit

You don't have long, get a move on

PlayStation gamers can acquire some easy in-store credit right now, be sure to grab it before it goes.

If you’ve been paying attention to PlayStation Stars you’ll have probably seen this already, but for those that haven’t you can earn a lot of points to be converted into in-store credit for the most simple of activities.

At the time of writing there are quite a few “challenges” for you to get involved in, but there are two that will expire very soon so it'd be good to get them knocked off first.

The first one will give you a measly 50 points, so it’s a good thing unlocking it is painfully easy. All you need to do is purchase Nine Sols, Ape Escape, Let it Die or Journey from the PlayStation Store, all of which are cheap to buy and even more so if they’re included in a sale.

You’ll also get extra points doing this because PlayStation will give you a portion of whatever you spent back in points.

Out of those games by the way I’d recommend Journey, it’s a fantastic adventure and a nice game to play in-between some AAA titles, it’s very chill.

The second challenge is slightly more complicated, as this requires you to purchase more expensive games to get points back.

The games include Hitman 3, Monster Hunter Rise, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, Hades, Hogwarts Legacy, and Elden Ring, so if any of these were on your wishlist now’s a good time to grab one.

While I’d highly recommend Elden Ring and Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, Hades is a more affordable option and just as good as the other games in this line-up.

Both of the above PlayStation Stars challenges expire on 31 January, so you don’t have long to finish them.
