Marvel Spider-Man fans will want to check out this gorgeous new release inspired by the popular series from Insomniac Games.
Alongside the likes of Rocksteady Studios Batman: Arkham series, Insomniac Games’ version of our friendly neighbourhood hero is one of the best comic book-inspired properties in the video game industry with fans eagerly awaiting an announcement for Marvel’s Spider-Man 3.

However, before we get an announcement for Marvel’s Spider-Man 3, fans will first be treated to Marvel’s Wolverine which was announced by Insomniac Games in September 2021. By the way, we’re still waiting for a release date and gameplay trailer.
While we await news on either release, Marvel fans can keep themselves entertained by picking up collectable Gamerverse action figures such as the ‘Spirit Spider’, which is exclusive to US retailer, Walmart.
As spotted by Comicbook.com, if Marvel’s Spider-Man action figures are your thing, then you’ll be pleased to know that another new Gamerverse item is releasing soon with one of the most iconic villains in comic book history, Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin.
‘Marvel Legends Series Gamerverse Kingpin’ is an Amazon exclusive and will retail at $39.99 in the US with pre-orders going live this Thursday 27 March at 1pm ET (5pm in the UK).
At this time, we don’t know if this awesome action figure will be available at Amazon in other regions worldwide but it might be worth checking out alternative retailers, just in case.
The Kingpin action figure inspired by Marvel’s Spider-Man is 6 inches tall, has 20 points of articulation as well as an alternative head, hands and cane.
It’s very likely as soon as pre-orders go live for the ‘Marvel Legends Series Gamerverse Kingpin’, it will quickly go out of stock, so you’ll need to act fast to avoid missing out.
Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 are out now on PC and PlayStation 5.
