The vanilla version of Stardew Valley is hardly short of things to do, especially given that creator Eric ‘ConcernedApe’ Barone is always beavering away on a new update.
That being said, those updates don’t exactly drop at regular intervals.
Update 1.6 arrived in March 2024 and midway through 2026, it doesn’t look as if update 1.7 is close to launching just yet.
If you’re a Stardew Valley player on PC, though, you can always rely on the game’s vibrant modding community to provide a little something to spice things up.

Or perhaps even sometimes a big something, as new CurseForge modpack ‘Dew It All’ introduces a whopping 868 changes.
Created by CurseForge user Kehaan, ‘Dew It All’ is described as the creator’s “wildest” modpack to date.
The modpack is not intended to be “carefully curated or tightly balanced”, but it does chaotically overhaul just about every aspect of the Stardew Valley experience.
It’s made for players “who simply want as much Stardew Valley content as possible in one pack” and while it is a little overwhelming, it is advertised as most definitely remaining playable.

It goes without saying that across those 868 mods, you’ll find new NPCs, crops, buildings, shops, animals, items, and more - plus there are new visual upgrades, gameplay quirks, and quality-of-life adjustments.
The mods included in the pack come from a variety of creators but many are made by Kehaan.

One such mod adds new craftable recipes, while another adds a gacha machine that offers treats in exchange for your leftover Radioactive Bars - or there’s a sweet add-on which allows you to draft seasonal letters on the first day of each season.
We could be here all day going through all 868 new quirks so if you like the sound of what ‘Dew It All’ has to offer, your best bet is just download it and get stuck in.
Of course, this mod is absolutely massive - that should be abundantly clear - so you’re going to need to be running Stardew Valley on a pretty stable PC in order to pull this off.
With the right kit though, ‘Dew It All’ is very easy and, most importantly, free to download.
It’s certainly already got the game’s community hyped over on social media. Responses flooded in after Kehaan posted about the modpack to Twitter/X.
“Alright, here we go again, new game it is,” replied one user.
“Thanks, you make the best modpacks,” added another, while someone said, “Good timing. Just when I was getting back into the mood of Stardew Valley.”
As for official updates we do, as a reminder, know that update 1.7 is in the works.
It’s set to introduce Sandy and Clint as marriage candidates but we know very little else at this point in time.
Assumedly, the update will continue to land on PC first before its shared with console users further down the line.
