Rockstar may be best known for its Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto franchises but there is another which fans would love to see make a return and luckily, their prayers may have just been answered.
I am of course talking about Bully, the 2006 Rockstar Games action-adventure game.
Set in the fictional town of Bullworth, the story follows Jimmy Hopkins, a juvenile delinquent who is involuntarily enrolled at boarding school Bullworth Academy for a whole year.
The single-player game follows Jimmy as he rises through the school ranks in order to put an end to bullying but in typical Rockstar fashion, you can expect a whole lot of chaos in the meantime.

Originally released back in 2006 for the PlayStation 2, Bully was met with positive, albeit initial controversial reviews, and multiple re-releases have been released ever since.
However, with fans eager for an official remaster or even a sequel, it seems as though the next best thing is finally here.
According to a Twitter post by SWEGTA, an account dedicated to Bully and Rockstar games in general, Bully Online is happening.

“After years of development, I'm glad to finally announce that BULLY ONLINE is happening!” A recent post read.
“Minigames, roleplay, freeroam, and a ton of exclusive content — Made by fans for the fans.
We'll be unveiling the trailer + some gameplay. Canis Canem Edit!”
Of course, this is not an official game by Rockstar but it will give players the chance to return to Bully and access heaps of new content so it really is the next best thing.
Fans are feeling the hype
The trailer shows us exactly what we can expect from this new mode with a look at gameplay and features in detail and as you can expect, fans are over the moon with new content after all these years.

“This might be the best thing that happened in the Bully community! Great work, congrats!” One Youtube comment reads.
Another agreed, adding, “You and your team have saved Bully's online community and are delivering us basically everything we've ever dreamed of over the years.
You continue to be goated Sweg, from a long time fan. The extent to which you are dedicated to this community is beyond admirable.”
With other fans worried that Take-Two Interactive will soon shut this fan project down, that remains to be seen but for now, the fan project is in full swing and is set to be released in early access this December.
