PC users can claim 4 free games right now, no strings attached

Four games? For free? Is there a better deal than that?

PC users can currently grab four games for free, adding them to their library forever. It couldn’t be simpler than that.

If Steam just hasn’t been doing it for you in terms of freebies, though that might change now that Steam Next Fest is officially underway, perhaps the Epic Games Store has what you seek.

Have you been playing Metaphor: ReFantazio? It’s an RPG unlike anything you’ll have seen before.

There are currently two games for you to download and keep forever on there, and you won’t have to pay for them.

The first game is for fans of open-world sandbox titles like No Man’s Sky or Elite Dangerous, and it’s called Empyrion - Galactic Survival.

In this title, you’ll be able to build your own starship, from scratch, with hundreds of different pieces for greater customisation.

You’ll then embark on your voyage as you scavenge for loot and see all the sights the galaxy has to offer.

The next game is Outliver: Tribulation, described as a survival horror game crossed with a soulslike.

The gameplay looks a little lacklustre, though it seems like it’s worth a go especially when the game is free.

If you hop on over to Indie Gala, Tomato Jones is next, and is a bit of a weird one in all honesty. Players must guide a tomato with a cool hat through a temple of terrors, as it searches for treasure.

There’s really not much else to say about it but judging from the gameplay alone, I’m all in. Forget Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones, give me a three film series about this treasure hunting tomato.

Finally we have Microbial Sector, a game which is on Steam actually but is still free to download and keep forever.

It’s a horror game where you must investigate and experiment on an unknown lifeform, which I’m sure will go swimmingly.

All four of these games are available now for free, and even if they’re not your usual cup of tea, they’re worth trying.
