Hogwarts Legacy is getting a huge raft of new, free content

Hogwarts Legacy gets a ton of new content that you can download for free right now.

Despite being snubbed at ceremonies such as The Game Awards, when Hogwarts Legacy arrived in February 2023, it became one of the most popular games of that year with Harry Potter fans.

Hogwarts Legacy was the Wizarding World action RPG that Harry Potter fans had been waiting for, which is a large reason why it became the best-selling game of 2023.

On PC, the Hogwarts Legacy experience was made even better, thanks to its fantastic modding community, which brought loads of new content, such as co-op for its single-player campaign.

However, earlier this year, the modding potential was made even greater thanks to a massive free update that provided official tools for modders courtesy of the developers at Avalanche Software.

Some of these mods can be found on the dedicated website, CursedForge and today, we’ve rounded up some of the new entries that might be worth your attention:

• Dark Wizard Masks (created by SilverxStardust): “Dark Wizard Masks for female and male players. Six Ashwinder masks: original, black and white, black - three for male and three for female. Two lace masks for females.”
• Skull Armour for MCC (created by Kilsworthss): “Two male outfit armour with and without the skull pauldron. Comes in Black, Brown, and Red. All outfits come with a sword.”
• Hufflepuff Time Traveller's Outfits (created by untakenid): “This mod adds 11 new modern outfit gear appearances for the Hufflepuff FMC. The mod will work regardless of your character's house, but the uniform sets are for Hufflepuff, and other outfits use variations on the house colour scheme.”
• Alt Ominis and Sebastian (created by slytherinies): “This mod adds my own version of Sebastian Sallow and Ominis Gaunt as MMC presets. Keep in mind, their faces and hairstyles were edited to my liking, so they won't look the way they do in the OG with this mod.”
• Casual School Outing Outfit For Natsai (created by Kilsworthss): “I added the winter hairstyle for Natsai and a nice casual school outing outfit. Mod changes the appearance of Natsai Onai's outfit and hair.”

Hogwarts Legacy is out now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
