It’s fair to say that Fallout 4 has its fair share of creepy moments without the aid of expansions.

That being said, we’ll never pass up the opportunity for further chills creeping up our spines when playing the game.

Fallout 4: Stalker’s Journey is a fan-made creation available on NexusMods.

Its creator, SpookywasHere, hasn’t revealed much about what you can expect from this mod except for some key points.

This is a “small unmarked quest” that can be found in the “northwest area of the map”, covering a fairly large area. Furthermore, by embarking on this fan-made adventure, you’ll eventually find a “unique weapon”.

Never played Fallout 4 before? check this out before you do

If you’ve never heard of this Fallout mod before, that’s because it was only recently created and added to NexusMods.

As a result, you can expect some issues that may need addressing in future updates.

What is more, this is the first mod this fan has created that “isn’t a patch”, so while feedback will be appreciated, try not to be too harsh if you do run into problems.

Seeing as you’re interested in the eerie aspects of the Wasteland, there are other free expansions that will satisfy you.

Fallout 4’s ‘Under the Sea’ adds a touch of BioShock creepiness in an underwater setting that was previously cut from the game.

As far as we’re aware, you can enjoy both of these mods without the other interfering, though if in doubt, check with their creators.

Those of you beginning on your Stalker’s Journey playthrough may struggle to find the starting point of the quest, seeing as it’s unmarked. Thankfully, SpookywasHere has given you instructions on where you can find it. “The first note is located near the Concord water tower.” it reads.

Beyond that helpful tidbit of information, the tale of this expansion is left for you to uncover.
