It has been just over a month since Pokémon Legends: Z‑A was released and with fans flocking to the streets of Paris to build their Pokémon army, it is hard to believe that its first DLC is just around the corner.

Released back in October, Pokémon Legends: Z‑A is the latest entry in the beloved Pokémon franchise and saw players head to Lumiose City in the second entry in the Pokémon Legends sub-series, following 2022’s Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Although reviews criticised the visually restricting city of Lumiose, Pokémon Legends: Z‑A was met with generally favourable reviews with players enjoying the new battle system and new selection of Pokémon and their evolutions.

It is an evolution that is the subject of today’s discussion as Pokémon Legends: Z‑A’s upcoming DLC, Mega Dimension, is set to welcome a brand-new debut.

Shared on the official Pokémon website, Pokémon Legends: Z‑A: Mega Dimension will welcome Mega Zeraora, a mega-evolved mythical Pokémon and you can check out its big reveal here.

In its base form, Zeraora has limited electrical energy storage but now evolved, it is now able to unleash powerful attacks which can take down multiple enemies at once.

However, there is a catch.

Mega Zeraora is not easy to find and so you will have to keep an eye out on the streets of Lumiose to find this brand-new addition to your team.

“Just be aware that getting Mega Zeraora for your team might be a little difficult.

Not an easy catch

Keep your eyes peeled for a way to encounter this Mythical Pokémon as you play through the Mega Dimension DLC,” the blog post reads.

However, according to Light over on Twitter, there is no reason to panic over potentially missing this addition to your team.

“According to the official text, getting Mega Zeraora in Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension will be difficult, since it won’t appear easily during the game. You’ll need to stay alert and look for special ways to encounter it,” they shared.

“But don’t worry — everyone will be able to get it through the DLC, so no one will miss out on Mega Zeraora.”

It is currently unclear how exactly you will be able to acquire the Mega Zeraora but there is no denying that this is a Pokémon which you will want on your team, especially as it is capable of taking down multiple enemies at once.

Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension is ‘coming soon’ and so it will not be long before you can hunt for your very own shiny.
