If you are a fan of cooking or just falling out with friends, then this co-op management game on the Nintendo Switch is guaranteed to deliver.

For fans of Overcooked!, cooking games, and overstimulation, PlateUp! Is finally heading to the Nintendo Switch and better yet, a game trial goes live today, giving you free access to this chaotic cooking management title.

In the meantime, check out the trailer for Overcooked! 2 below for some more cooking madness!

Announced via the official Nintendo UK Twitter account just yesterday, it revealed that the “chaotic co-op cooking action awaits in the PlateUp! Game Trial – starting tomorrow, May 15th!”

Nintendo Switch Online members are able to download the full game for free right now, with access expiring on 21 May.

So what is PlateUp! you may ask?

Up to four players can build and run their very own restaurant and will find themselves in charge of choosing dishes, buying and placing appliances, cooking food, and serving customers.

Pretty easy, right?

Wrong. With 15 hectic days to get through before you can upsize, you will need to work together to manage each shift, even when the customers keep pouring in.

“Cook and serve your dishes, design and decorate your restaurants, and expand your culinary kingdom with new unlocks, abilities and dishes in procedurally-generated locations,” the official synopsis reads.

“Classic cooking action with permanent roguelite progression. Hire your friends - or do it all yourself!”

So if you want to challenge your cooking skills, and your friendships, PlateUp! Is definitely the way to do so and better yet, it is completely free to Nintendo Switch Online members as of today for a limited-time.

Just be careful of any fires.
