Nintendo Switch Online is a treasure trove of personalisation options if you know about it. You can use official Nintendo icons, images, frames, and backgrounds to make you profile pop.

All it takes is a few platinum points, which are super easy to earn, and you can make your profile feel more like your own.

The next big Nintendo Switch game will be The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom

To earn platinum points, you simply have to complete challenges and campaigns through your Nintendo Switch and the accompanying app.

If you’re a big fan of Splatoon, then Nintendo has just released the final wave of icons featuring several of the Splatoon 3 characters.

You can redeem any of these new icons for just 10 platinum points. Once this is done, you’ll be able to open your profile on the console and mix and match the icons, frames, and backgrounds on offer.

The latest wave of Nintendo Switch Online icons were shared on Twitter by NSO Icons Alerts, who always showcase new items and those leaving the app.

If you recently played through Splatoon 3 and loved it, then what better way to show off your love by equipping an icon and letting everyone know.

With 15 new options, there are plenty of characters to choose from, though they all seem to be styled in grey with little splashes of colour.

This promotion is a mainstay of Nintendo Switch Online and the company often switch out options when new games release, so keep an eye the app when there’s something coming up you’re excited for.

It’s always worth checking out the app to see what campaigns are running and keep those points totaling up.

For now, grab your profile icons and show off your love for games to everyone you play online with, or with your friends.
