The Nintendo Switch 2 may have been partially leaked through accessories already being sold for the system.

Nintendo’s next console is a mythical being at the moment as everyone wants a peek at the thing, but the company seemingly refuses to let anyone have a gander.

What we do know is it’s going to have some amazing games on it, most likely Pokémon Legends Z-A as an enhanced game

With The Game Awards coming up there’s a good chance we’ll get a reveal soon, but then again we’re also waiting for another trailer for GTA VI so will Nintendo want to compete with Rockstar’s latest release?

Who knows, but what we do know is a website has started selling Nintendo Switch 2 accessories, like carrying cases, for the console despite it not actually being revealed yet.

The Chinese retailer either knows something we don’t or it’s just planning ahead, either way it’s confusing fans who think it could be a sign a reveal is coming very soon.

In terms of design it’s believed the Nintendo Switch 2 will essentially be another Nintendo Switch, with the same overall design but probably a bit larger and obviously more advanced in terms of the technology used.

It’d be a stretch to think it could keep up with the likes of the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S, but fans are no doubt expecting a significant boost in power compared to what we’ve currently got.

Now all we need is for Nintendo to show off the damn thing, but with the launch rumoured for early 2025 it’s bound to be soon, and then preorders should go up shortly after.

It’s exciting times for Nintendo fans and there’s a lot to look forward to, as with more advanced hardware the games themselves can become more impressive as a result, personally I can’t wait to play the new Metroid Prime game…
