While tuning into Gamescom, the popular streamer reacted to the new gameplay for Mortal Kombat 1, which showcased even more bone-crushing, gory fun as it revealed some new characters.

Expressing excitement for the game’s release, Dr Disrespect gave the trailer four out of five stars, but while he’s looking forward to playing the game, he’s also hoping to star in it one day.

His viewers reportedly began commenting about the guest characters that’ll be appearing in the game, most notably Homelander from The Boys and Omni-Man from Invincible.

Many stated that they think Dr Disrespect himself should be added to the game’s roster, and he was in complete agreement. He responded: “We’ve been saying it for years and at some point it’s gotta happen!”

Admittedly, it’d be hilarious to see the 6’8 streamer going toe-to-toe with the likes of Scorpion, Johnny Cage and Sub-Zero, and he’s obviously given it a fair amount of thought, as he already knows what his fatality move would be.

Dr Disrespect said: “This is just one of a million finishing moves that we could potentially incorporate and integrate into the game. But it goes FINISH HIM … The flip phone comes out, I get on it and I say … It can be anything. Whatever that line is. We’ll finesse that line. Then I close my phone, I do a backflip in slow motion, my Lamborghini comes through at 190 MPH right underneath me and goes right through the guy. So fast it rips him apart in 50 million pieces! Then I get another call and I say, ‘Let’s sign the deal,’ or something.”

Honestly, it sounds like a great idea, and it’d be great to see some more guest characters who are from/take inspiration from the real world, similar to how Johnny Cage will now have a Jean Claude Van Damme skin, who was an inspiration for the character’s design all the way back in the first game.

Mortal Kombat 1 is set for release on the 14th of September, for Xbox, PlayStation, PC and Nintendo platforms.
