Batman: Arkham Knight Enhanced looks better than most 2024 games

This game will never die

This might be a controversial opinion, but I think Batman: Arkham Knight is the best game in the trilogy, and I’m tired of pretending it’s not.

Maybe I just played it at the right time, but that first playthrough of Batman: Arkham Knight felt like pure magic, and I’ve got three 100% complete save files on varying difficulties.

Take a look at Batman: Arkham Knight below

Yes there are some problems with the game, as while I didn’t mind the Batmobile segments they did outstay their welcome sometimes, especially with the Riddler challenges.

The side content was also a mixed bag, with great stories like Azrael attempting to take the Bat-mantle, to poor stories like that abysmal Deathstroke “boss fight.”

Nevertheless I think it’s a great game, and to say it was released in 2015 it looks better than some 2024 releases, even better with his overhaul mod installed.

Enhanced Batman Arkham Knight is exactly what it says on the tin, a mod you can install to your game that brings the graphical quality up to exceptional levels and is well-worth a repeated playthrough.

While many criticised the game for turning Gotham City into a ghost town, you can’t deny it’s one of the most gorgeous open-world games ever crafted.

The mod simply takes things a step further, with various reshades that breathe new life into the decaying city that’ll see you glide over its rooftops for hours trying to get the best views.

It doesn't make any changes to the gameplay or the aesthetic of its characters, but it should be compatible with other mods if there are some others you’re thinking of including in your playthrough.

The mod should also work with the DLC too, so you don’t have to worry about uninstalling it before you play.

Batman: Arkham Knight is in my opinion one of the best superhero games ever made, and the shining jewel of the Arkham Trilogy, this mod simply adds more shine.
