Palworld drops free download packed with new content and fixes
Time to go back to Palworld
Palworld is receiving its first raid boss, Bellanoir, as one of the highlights of a huge update that also brings with it a bunch of fixes to improve the quality of life for the game. The latest update is available on Steam and includes the raid boss as the first new Pal for the game since it launched earlier this year.
The developer of Palworld, Pocket Pair, had promised a detailed roadmap of content to come through its early access period of which this update is just the first part.

Despite the player count for Palworld plummeting recently, the game must keep on moving forward in the hopes to entice some of those trainers back to the colourful land of Pals. Expanding on the initial content offered is certainly one way to do that as it’ll bring players together to defeat the evil Pal, Bellanoir, who is unleashing her power on the island of Palworld.
It’s certainly a bumper update featuring many new additions to make the game feel like less of a grind which will appeal to more casual players. Aside from Bellanoir players can enjoy several other highlights:
- New "Training Manual" items have been added. These manuals allow you to give experience points to Pals.
- New item "Ancient Technical Manual" has been added. This manual gives you ancient technology points and can be randomly found inside dungeon chests.
- New item "Ability Glasses" has been added. When equipped, you can see Pal's stats.
- New armour "Multiclimate Undershirt" has been added. Protect yourself against both the heat and the cold with just one slot!
- New building "Electric Egg Incubator" has been added. This incubator consumes electricity to automatically adjust the temperature to the optimum temperature for each egg.
- New building "Ore Mining Site" has been added. This mining site allows you to produce ores from the comfort of your base!
