Monster Hunter Wilds free download available for you to grab now

There is no denying that this weekend was dominated by Monster Hunter Wilds as the brand-new Capcom RPG rises to the top of the Steam charts.

Despite reported performance issues for PC users, the brand-new instalment in the Monster Hunter series is the game of the moment with millions of players flocking to Monster Hunter Wilds.

Allowing you to take on the role of a Hunter who is tasked with taking down a series of formidable monsters, both critics and fans alike are praising Capcom’s latest entry and now, Discord is offering a way to celebrate its release.

This giveaway runs until 6 March and is part of Discord’s fairly new quests.

These quests reward users with in-game content simply by playing, streaming, or watching videos via Discord and this time, it is Monster Hunter Wilds turn.

Announced by the official Monster Hunter Wilds Twitter account, the post reads as follows:

“Complete the Monster Hunter Wilds quest on @Discord to receive The Hunt Begins: Assistance Pack, featuring a starter pack of a few helpful items for the hunts ahead.”

So what are the “helpful items” you may ask?

Well, up for grabs are the following items:

• 10 Well-Done Steak
• 10 Mega Potion
• 5 Nutrient
• 3 Max Potion
• 3 Life Powder

Players will know that these items are a lifesaver in-game and so grabbing them at no extra cost (or much effort) is definitely worth it.

If the quest does not pop up for you, just head to the Discord Quests tab on Discord to find this challenge, and many others.

Once you have found it, you will need to watch a two-minute video in its entirety and then click “Claim Reward”.

This will generate a code for you (once you have selected your preferred platform) which you can then use in Monster Hunter Wilds to be rewarded the items.
