It’s Jack Black’s world, we’re just living in it. The star has jumped from the King of the Koopas to Baywatch in his latest music video.

Jack Black has been absolutely smashing it this year, treating us to entertaining big-screen performances and serenading us with lyrical bangers. One example is his latest cover song 'Wicked Game', where he went full Baywatch with Tenacious D band member Kyle Gass.

Take a look at Black in action as Bowser below.

The recent music video saw the pair, better known as Tenacious D, having a fun day out at the beach, complete with bathing suits and backed up with a quality instrumental and vocal performance. The musicians were having a blast, with the music video already hitting one million views, and generating just under 100,000 likes in just 24 hours.

Tenacious D recently released an original song titled 'Video Games', where the musician sang about how he doesn’t play games anymore, featuring popular titles like Red Dead Redemption 2, Fallout 4, Super Mario Bros and more. If you didn’t know already, Jack Black is a big fan of video games, previously running a gaming YouTube channel, JablinskiGames, which saw the star take part in a variety of content. He also starred in his own video game, Brutal Legend, which was released in 2009.

Speaking of gaming, Jack Black recently took on the role of the most iconic villain in gaming history, the mighty Bowser in The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Black was heavily praised for his performance, as were his fellow stars Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor Joy, Charlie Day, Seth Rogen and Keegan-Michael Key. The film quickly became one of the most successful animated films in history, earning over $1 billion at the box-office. The film also featured an original song by Black, 'Peaches', which became a smash-hit on the music charts, and is even eligible for an Oscar.

More Jack Black content is yet to come, as the star announced he’ll be returning for the 20th anniversary reunion of School of Rock, and is currently travelling the world with Tenacious D on their Spicy Meatball Tour. In other news, fans were recently shocked to discover that Jack Black isn’t his original name.
