It's safe to say that the hype for Hogwarts Legacy is very real. The Harry Potter RPG is expected to finally release this year, and anticipation is reaching fever pitch.
Recent rumours suggest that we'll almost certainly be seeing more of Hogwarts Legacy this month during an upcoming PlayStation event.
Although this has yet to be officially confirmed, Potter fans will be more than glad to get a new look at the game. The reveal trailer, released back in 2020, is all we've had to obsess over for nearly two years, and the lack of info is starting to take its toll.

Clearly, however, two years with just one trailer to look at has done the original reveal a huge favour. As spotted by Reddit, the Hogwarts Legacy Official Reveal Trailer is already on track to become the PlayStation YouTube channel's most-viewed video game trailer of all time.
In under two years, the trailer has already had 28 million views, matching the E3 2016 reveal for Marvel's Spider-Man. It'll only be a matter of time before it overtakes Spidey and hits the top spot.
For context, this would make the Hogwarts Legacy trailer the third most-viewed piece of content on the PlayStation channel overall, just behind the PS5 reveal (39 million) and the PS4 reveal (41 million).
Here's hoping we can get a new trailer for the wizarding world RPG soon. Clearly, some of you have watched the first one way too many times.
