The future is looking bright for Hogwarts Legacy fans after Warner Bros. Games has announced its plans to focus more on some of its most successful franchises with the Harry Potter RPG being one of them.
In a report by Variety, Warner Bros. Games has revealed that a new leadership team has been put together to focus on four of its main franchises: DC, Mortal Kombat, Harry Potter, and Game of Thrones.
Basically, if you are a fan of any of these franchises, then you are in for an exciting few years.

When it comes to focusing more on Harry Potter, we can safely assume that this also applies to Hogwarts Legacy, Warner Bros. Games’ Harry Potter-inspired RPG from developers Avalanche Software.
To help this, it has promoted Yves Lachance of Warner Bros. Montreal to take on the role of developing and overseeing any new gaming projects.
Hogwarts Legacy 2 perhaps?
We know that the highly-anticipated sequel is in development but with it being very early days, we don’t yet know much else.

What we do know is that Warner Bros. Games will now be focusing on its most successful projects and that will include none other than Hogwarts Legacy considering it was the best selling game of 2023.
In comparisons, titles like Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League are thankfully being left in the past.
Until now, the Hogwarts Legacy world has been hit and miss. Despite people initially loving the RPG, complaints soon came flooding in after the game did not welcome any additional DLC or expansions.
On top of that, the game was promised both an extended edition and a DLC which were later scrapped but the only silver lining is that Hogwarts Legacy 2 is still on the cards.

Let us hope this new shift in management will prove well for the sequel when it releases some time in the future. Hopefully.
