It's almost a bit funny that us GTA fans keep getting drawn in to the slightest changes in our desperate hunt for more information on the release of the sixth game.
Whether it's searching for clues in promotional images for GTA VI or even trying to find tidbits in social media posts or updates from Rockstar themselves, we really are living off scraps ahead of its eventual release in May 2026 (assuming there isn't another crushing delay).
Well, this week has been no exception, with many speculating that we were going to receive a major update on the game's progress on November 4, whether that be via the opening of pre-orders, or with the long-awaited third trailer, which is sure to give us a ton of extra information to deep dive into.
Unfortunately, the day came and went without much action, but there was one tangible change to the store page for the game that hints at some pretty big things for GTA VI.
GTA+ Subscription Appears on Store Page

Over on Twitter/X, GTA 6 Countdown pointed out that the store page for GTA VI was updated to include a link to subscribe to GTA+, the premium subscription service related to GTA Online.
Now whilst it didn't break down exactly what subscribing to the service would get players in this next version of the game, it currently provides significant wealth, as well as access to a massive car garage, and exclusive vehicles and clothing in GTA Online.
Though it isn't much, fans were delighted at the prospect of being able to jump into the online modes when GTA VI releases.
"It’s happening! I personally cannot wait for Online myself, as it will be were we spend our times with friends after having 2-3 weeks completing the story and getting familiar with the world," one said.

"GTA 6 is just going to drop out of no where isn’t it? May 26 release was all just a joke by Rockstar. Says with hope," another added.
Whatever the addition of this extra subscription to the GTA VI store page actually means, it has done more than enough to make fans think that there is something big on the way soon.
Knowing Rockstar, we'll get nothing more than Red Dead Online announcements for the next three months. Or maybe they'll get in the Christmas spirit and drop the next trailer as a little holiday gift.
