While Rockstar Games is yet to announce Grand Theft Auto VI’s pricing, those sought-after figures have seemingly leaked online.
It’s interesting really that pricing has generated such avid discussion.
This time last year we’d perhaps expect all new major releases to settle in the ballpark of $70 or thereabouts.
But with many publishers introducing price rises in recent months, there’s been a tangible fear that standard editions of GTA VI could slip into triple figures.

Well, you can lay your panic to rest as this leak seems to signify that GTA VI will cost less than we assumed.
The information comes from Twitter/X leaker millieamand who has been correct about several notable things in the past, including the date of a PlayStation Showcase and the reveal of the first trailer for Marvel’s Wolverine.
They report that the standard edition of GTA VI will cost $70, with a deluxe version priced at $90; that’ll include early access to GTA VI Online amongst other things.
There’s then rumoured to be a premium edition for $110 which will also include the GTA VI Online early perk amongst others.

No other perks have yet been revealed.
Naturally, as this is a leak, I have to urge you to take it with an enormous pinch of salt.
Just because millieamand has made correct reveals in the past, it doesn’t guarantee the validity of this claim.
It’s an interesting leak to look at nonetheless, especially as none of these editions sound like a collectors edition.

With many collectors editions now costing several hundreds pounds or dollars, I can’t imagine a $110 premium version of GTA VI will pack too much exclusive merch.
Perhaps one of those is in the pipeline too.
The lowdown for now is that people are thrilled to hear that GTA VI may cost less than they assumed.
“Just take my money Rockstar,” wrote playboidemarcus.

The leaker did also add that while GTA VI is on track, a delay to September 2026 was being considered internally.
As I said, take all of this with a hefty pinch of salt. We’ve waited this long and I know we’ve got whatever is required left in the tank to make it to release day.
