Even though GTA VI is taking its time getting here, fans are still in awe of how much bigger the title is when compared with previous Rockstar Games releases.

The size of GTA VI has fans incredibly hyped, especially now that its purported file size has leaked online.

While this could be just another unsubstantiated claim, it’s helping to keep the hype train chugging along.

Take a look at the game's original trailer below.

Another way in which the fandom is staying engaged with GTA VI despite Rockstar Games’ limited announcements, is by comparing the new map with GTA V.

YouTube channel Dark Space has shared a video comparing the two maps, joking that they “made GTA VI before Rockstar”.

None of us have seen the official map for the new title just yet, which may leave you pondering how Dark Space has managed to compare the two.

By utilising information from the trailer and various leaks, the channel has created a rendition of what they believe the map will look like.

“This kind of creativity is what you get when it takes over a year to get another trailer,” commented @GamingGrenade1.

It’s true; by being left to our own devices to fill in the blanks Rockstar seems determined to ignore, fans are going above and beyond to learn more about the game.

Not that fans are complaining when content like this is created.

In the words of @Adam_X78, “Someone cooked here.”

Gamers are so impressed by the attention to detail demonstrated in the video that they believe the creator will have completed GTA VI before we get the second trailer.

Considering we’ve still yet to even catch wind of when it’ll drop, they could be painfully accurate in their prediction.

Having recently got a PC update that’s left some would-be players disappointed, being able to explore GTA VI’s massive map, even if it’s fan-made, is a nice distraction.

Next stop, that second trailer. Yes? Lord, please just let it happen already.
