The first GTA VI teaser looks like it may have been discovered in GTA Online, with a new update hinting at a character that could appear in the upcoming game.
As reported by Comicbook.com, the tease is courtesy of the latest GTA Online expansion to Los Santos Drug Wars -The Last Dose. This expansion features a character we thought to be dead, dependent on choices that players may have made in the Grand Theft Auto V single player campaign.
The character in question is Michael’s shady therapist, Dr Friedlander. In GTA V, Dr Friendlander used a shady practice of psychedelic therapy to help his patients, one of his patients was Michael.

However, when Dr Friendlander threatened to expose Michael’s deepest and darkest secrets on national TV, well, let’s just say that Michael wasn't going to sit back and let that happen.
In relation to GTA VI, it has been speculated that not only will it feature Vice City, but it will also take us to South America, in particular, Mexico. What’s more, previous rumours were confirmed that GTA VI had the codename Project Americas.
Furthermore, an eagle-eye GTA Online player has spotted that Dr Friedlander had plans to flee to South America and now that we know he’s alive, and has set up his own pharmaceutical company, some believe that he may appear in GTA VI.
An image was shared online by Twitter user Gaming Detective, featuring a GTA Online character talking about tracking Dr Friedlander down and that he could be in South America.
Obviously, we should take all rumours and speculation with a pinch of salt. That being said, it’s not outside the realms of possibility that the hallucinate doctor could be hiding in Mexico ready to reemerge in GTA VI.
