The actress rumoured to be playing Lucia in Grand Theft Auto 6 has reactivated her deleted social media account, months after deleting it.
Back in July, we reported on how rumoured GTA 6 actress Manni L. Perez had reportedly deleted her social media presence on Instagram.
Considering we know what gamers are like, this was likely due to an onslaught of questions, comments, and harassment from random strangers who don’t have much of a filter when it comes to online communication.
Now, two months later, it appears that Perez is back on Instagram and is posting about her 33rd birthday and her new dog.

Naturally, of course, gamers are being weird about it again. If you look at Perez’s only post on Instagram, you’ll see a flood of comments making GTA references or just being downright weird.
“Lucia do you know why your here,” reads one comment, referencing the first trailer for GTA 6.
When someone asked what she named her dog, several replies ranged from “Niko” to “Trevor Philips”, to “Big Smoke”.
“Man ppl in the comments are so f***ing fools,” reads another comment. “I mean she retired her ig because of them and they want her to do it again, I know it's the most awaited game but let's grow up at least.”

Perez has been rumoured to play Lucia in GTA 6 ever since the original reveal of the character in the first trailer, which was released in December 2023.
She has previously held roles in television shows like Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Jessica Jones. It also wouldn’t be her first video game role, as she previously played a blackjack dealer in the Diamond Casino & Resort update for GTA Online.
If it’s true that she’s playing the character, she’s likely signed more NDAs than you can dream up preventing her from saying anything to fans.
It’s likely that we won’t hear who will be playing Lucia and Jason in GTA 6 until the game launches and we can read their names in the credits. So that’s still nine months of rumours surrounding the game’s casting.
