The story follows a mercenary called Atsu, who is seeking revenge following her family's tragic death. She travels through the rugged landscape hunting those who killed them, making surprising allies along the way.
To celebrate the game's success, Sony is giving players free avatars to download and feature on their PSN profiles.
The avatars are of the game's most notable characters, from Golden Bird and Jubei to The Wolf, Oyuki, and Master Enomoto.
