'Ghost Of Tsushima 2' Seemingly Confirmed Via Job Listing

Ghost Of Tsushima 2: Electric Boogaloo

Ghost Of Tsushima 2 is almost definitely happening. We want it. Sony wants it. The world wants it.

While Sony and developer Sucker Punch have yet officially confirm that a sequel to 2020's critically acclaimed PlayStation 4 adventure is happening, there have been more than enough leaks to suggest it's coming. If nothing else, it sold a crap-ton and we know Sony likes making money. I mean, who doesn't?

As we continue to await official word on the further adventures of Jin Sakai, Sucker Punch has posted a handful of job listings that specifically reference Ghost Of Tsushima.

Over on the Sucker Punch jobs page, there are currently listings for a Technical Combat Designer and a Senior Combat Designer. These roles would, somewhat predictably, involved helping to prototype and establish gameplay systems, player abilities, and progression items. The ideal candidate has a few years of experience in the industry, and should also be familiar with Ghost Of Tsushima and its gameplay systems.

Obviously, we can assume that a project that requires extensive knowledge of Ghost Of Tsushima is probably a follow-up to Ghost Of Tsushima, but take this with a pinch of salt for now. There's every chance Sucker Punch is working on something entirely new! And if so, it'd still be useful for them to hire candidates who are familiar with their last game, wouldn't it?

If Ghost Of Tsushima 2 is real, it'll probably be a while before we see it. Ahead of that, we still have God Of War Ragnarok, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and Marvel's Wolverine to look forward to. Plenty to get excited about.
