Be honest with me, how many times have you re-watched that Hogwarts Legacy gameplay footage already? Given that it's managed to rack up almost 5 million views on PlayStation's YouTube channel since Thursday, I'm willing to bet you've gone back to it at least a few times - the internet just hasn't stopped talking about it since the State of Play stream.
And it's really no wonder - the new extended trailer showcased basically everything that fans have been hoping for and more, with a gorgeous looking open-world to explore, magical beasts to befriend and protect at all costs, duels to fight in, and broomsticks to soar the skies on. The detail of everything looks incredible, too, but we've not really been given that close of a look at the wands and brooms we'll inevitably be spending so many hours using. But, I'm sure we can all agree that if they looked even half as good as these, it'll be amazing.
This super talented creator makes entire life-size broomsticks and wands that look just like the props from the movies, and it's so satisfying to watch them come together. Take a look below.
The person behind the magic - Tik Tok user MosHobbies - has a whole load of other creative creations. If you dig this stuff, you should definitely go and check out their channel and Etsy store where you can even buy your favourite props.
Although we know we'll be able to fly around seemingly wherever we want on our broomsticks in Hogwarts Legacy, one thing that fans may be disappointed about is that it seems unlikely that Quidditch will be included in the game. The official website states: "Broom flight is a method of travel in Hogwarts Legacy and there are also broom races. Players can take a Flying class to master their broomstick flying skills." Note the complete lack of mention of the sport there.
With the game releasing late this year, there's still time for that to change, but you'd think it'd have been mentioned by now if it was going to be included. Perhaps this is a less surprising omission when you consider there's also no multiplayer - Quidditch would definitely be a mode best played with friends. The game is still looking absolutely packed with stuff to do though, so I'm sure fans will be able to shake off their disappointment - it's going to be coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
