PlayStation Plus Free Games For March 2021 Have Leaked

We all love a freebie.

February, which I think we can probably all agree is one of the worst months ever created, is finally drawing to an end. In its place we have March, which has always been a bit of a wildcard from my perspective. Some years you get a bit of an early Spring and can finally head back into pub gardens without freezing your toes off. Other years your entire country gets locked down in an attempt to shelter from a deadly pandemic. It's a real roll of the cosmic dice.

This March, of course, is unlikely to involve many pub gardens for obvious reasons. But the good news is that PlayStation Plus subscribers can once again look forward to handful of free games on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Sony has really stepped up its offerings over the last few months, and March's freebies are no different.

The free games for March appear to have been uploaded a little early on Facebook via the PlayStation Nederland page. While the post has since been deleted, the details have been saved by Twitter user Nibel. Very thoughtful. As you can see below, the rumours were true! Final Fantasy VII Remake will be one of the free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers in March, alongside delightful indie puzzle Maqutte, third-person shooter Remnant: From The Ashes, and Farpoint VR. Not a bad mix!

Don't forget that means you've got until the start of next month to nab February's free games. Control: Ultimate Edition, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider, and Concrete Genie are all excellent titles in their own right, so get them added to your library, at which point you'll be able to download and play them at any time for as long as you still have a PS Plus subscription. I mean, I'm sure you guys know how it works by now, right?
