Popular Twitch streamer Kaitlyn 'Amouranth' Siragusa has once again found herself banned from Twitch. This marks the fifth - and possibly final - time she's found herself suspended from the Amazon-owned streaming platform.

Reports of Siragusa's latest ban first surfaced over the weekend, and it soon emerged that she had also been banned from TikTok and Instagram around the same time.

Exactly what Siragusa did to earn these bans remains unclear at this stage, but she's no secret to controversy. As one of the most well-known faces of the hot tub meta that dominated Twitch's Just Chatting category earlier this year, Siragusa has been banned in the past for pushing Twitch's guidelines on explicit content. Her last ban, which came in June, was because Twitch claimed she had broken the rules during an ASMR stream.

While she waits to discover whether or not this fifth ban will result in a permanent suspension from Twitch, Siragusa has shared her thoughts on getting "deplatformed".

"It's kind of crazy if you think about it," she said in a YouTube video. "Like Instagram, Facebook got hacked, I get banned. You know. Twitch gets hacked, I get banned. It seems like there's a trend here. It seems like a correlation between the two.

"Companies up in arms, lighting themselves on fire internally but 'we still have time to ban Amouranth from both platforms. That's very important."

If Siragusa is banned for good from Twitch, it's likely she'll simply take a leaf out of fellow hot tub streamer Indiefoxx and make YouTube her permanent home. We'll just have to wait and see.
