Fallout fans losing their minds over surprise new release

Funk around and find out

Fallout fans are excited to see a new release heading their way, but it’s not a game this time, it’s not even the second season of the TV show, instead it’s more merch.

Funko, creators of the sometimes creepy, sometimes cute, range of pop culture figures, has unveiled a new line inspired by the Fallout TV show on Amazon Prime.

Showcased over on Twitter, the latest ranger of Funko Pops includes Lucy, The Ghoul with his canine pal CX404, and of course, Vault Boy.

Fans of both expensive plastic, and the Fallout franchise, are excited to get their hands on the new figures.

“I have the Ghoul on pre-order already,” commented one Twitter user in the replies.

Another fan is begging to know where and when they will be released, saying eagerly, “When can the UK pre-order?!”

These figures add to the already burgeoning Fallout collection, inspired by the original games, expanding into the characters made popular by the Amazon show.

It’s no surprise to see these characters appear, as they’ll soon be back on TV screens in season two as the show heads to New Vegas.

The tweet from Funko features a link to Amazon, where the release date is listed as 9 December and shows the full range.

Along with Lucy, fans will be able to display Maximus next to her, suited up in his power armour.

It’s worth noting, if you’re after The Ghoul before he became the wasteland monster he is, and Maximus with his helmet closed, these will be available as chase figures.

This means they’re rarer and only available through certain retailers, which don’t seem to have been announced as yet.

It’s highly likely those chase figures will be very popular, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled, and that wallet prepped, ready for pre-order.
