Fallout 4 is a huge game, both in popularity and map size, so it should come as no surprise that fans are continually making discoveries in the post-apocalyptic RPG.

Originally released in 2015 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Bethesda’s Fallout 4 was met with critical acclaim scoring a respectable 87 on the aggregate website Metacritic. Recently, Fallout 4 also benefited from its long-awaited free new-gen update on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

“As the sole survivor of Vault 111, you enter a world destroyed by nuclear war. Every second is a fight for survival, and every choice is yours. Only you can rebuild and determine the fate of the Wasteland. Welcome home,” reads the synopsis of Fallout 4.

“Fallout 4 - What are some neat, obscure locations I should explore?” asked a Redditor to fellow members kicking off a discussion on the thread. Naturally, fans were not short of tales to share.

“There are more I'm sure, but the last thing I will say is this: it took six playthroughs before I discovered that there is a small underground bunker on the backside of a house on the north side of Sanctuary Hills,” revealed a Reddit user. Another user added that a duffle bag can also be found on the roof of the house where the bunker is located.

To be honest, I’ve put in a lot of hours into Fallout 4 over the years and I had no idea that this bunker exists and now I want to go and check it out for myself. The exact location of the bunker can be seen in a short video uploaded to the YouTube channel NerosCinema2.

Fallout 4 is out now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. It’s also available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers at no extra cost.
