Released back in December as the highly anticipated sequel to hit RPG, this fairly new release is currently hosting its first free weekend.
Yes, it is none other than Path of Exile 2 as players from all over the globe, and on any platform, will be able to dive into the RPG for absolutely free for one weekend.
Running from 29 August to 1 September across all platforms, this event comes just in time to celebrate Path of Exile 2’s massive upcoming update known as The Third Edict.

Well, as mentioned, the free Path of Exile 2 weekend will be available across all platforms and will include access to all classes, content and levels.
Players will be able to pick between any class, access all of the game’s content and level up as much as they are able with progress saved if they choose to purchase the early access key or wait until the game’s full release once the promotion is over.
With hours upon hours of content to be enjoyed, you will barely scratch the surface of Path of Exile 2 but it will give you a pretty good idea on if you want to take the plunge and grab the full release.
Combining elements of Dark Souls and Baldur’s Gate 3, Path of Exile 2’s early access period has been a success and so it is no wonder that developers Grinding Gear Games are already set to release a massive update.
