Cyberpunk 2077 player discovers hidden trail that could offer a sequel hint

Cyberpunk 2077 may be approaching its four-year anniversary, but its award-nominated Phantom Liberty expansion is still just a year old.

So it is perhaps no wonder that dedicated fans are still discovering secrets hidden within the streets of Phantom Liberty’s Dogtown.

From secret finishers to alternate endings, just this week, we have discovered heaps of new secrets hidden within Cyberpunk 2077 and with CD Projekt RED confirming that there is more to find, fans are going through the RPG with a fine-tooth comb.

That is why one player recently took to r/cyberpunkgame to share their own recent discovery which takes place throughout the sub-district Dogtown.

Dogtown, introduced as a playable area during Phantom Liberty, is a combat-zone and sub-district of Pacifica and as you can expect, home to all manner of interesting characters.

Some of which include cyber-psychos which we are used to dealing with during Cyberpunk 2077’s base game.

However, whereas in the base game we are told where the cyber-psychos are thanks to our contacts, in Dogtown, they are a bit more of a secret and according to this fan, there are 10 to discover around its map.

Not only that but by taking down all 10, you will be able to hear some interesting lore.

“There are 10 secret cyber-psychos in Dogtown, if you slot the shard at each one, you’ll get a real interesting story on the new designer drug called Phant,” the user shared.

“Real interesting s**t. I’m excited to see if it plays into a drug epidemic in NC in the new Project Orion.”

As you can imagine, fellow fans were shocked.

“THERE ARE 10? Guess I'm doing another play through,” one comment read.

Another said: “Adding that to my to-do list.”
