A DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight is currently being roasted by fans, 10 years after its release.
Batman: Arkham Knight was released 10 years ago, and although we’ve had a few decent VR games in the years since, there’s been no sign of Rocksteady developing a new title in the series.
Earlier this week, Rocksteady put out a post on X (formerly Twitter) celebrating 10 years since the release of Arkham Knight.

“10 years ago today we released Batman: Arkham Knight,” the company wrote. “Thanks to everyone who joined us in Gotham City at launch, and to the millions who've played and stayed since then. #BeTheBatman.”
One Arkham Knight fan quoted the post and added: “Happy 10 year anniversary to the funniest piece of PlayStation exclusive content ever,” posting an image of the Classic TV Series Batman Skin.
This skin was based on the costume that Adam West wore during the Batman TV series that aired from 1966 to 1968.

For anyone who’s familiar with the TV series, you’ll know the show was iconic for its campy tone and cartoon absurdity. It’s the kind of silly humour you see in the modern day SpongeBob SquarePants and contemporary internet meme culture.
So, the Adam West costume appearing in Arkham Knight, which was otherwise a pretty gritty and serious game with only small moments of levity, is pretty hilarious. The tone of many of these scenes completely changes if you equip the costume.
The fact that it was originally exclusive to PlayStation consoles is also funny too. I’m not sure if it tipped any hardcore Batman fans to picking it up for PS4 over the other platforms, but hey, maybe it worked.
The costume was later made available on other platforms, and we’re thankful for it. Exclusive DLC items can be a little annoying, especially ones with excellent meme potential such as this.
