Bam Margera Will Be In 'Jackass: Forever' After All

Earlier last year, it was announced that Brandon Cole Margera (obviously, better known as Bam Margera) wouldn’t be starring in Jackass Forever, after reportedly breaking a wellness agreement. However, a new report from Variety suggests that he may be making an appearance after all, albeit in a small capacity.

The report claims that Margera’s name does, in fact, appear in the credits, although he’s listed very low down, at 45th out of 49 performers. He’ll apparently only be starring in one stunt, but one is definitely better than none.

In case you missed it, check out the latest trailer for Jackass Forever below.

Speaking with Variety, Jackass star Johnny Knoxville said: "We wanted him all throughout the movie, but unfortunately that's not the way it worked out. It's really heartbreaking. I love Bam. We all love Bam. He's our brother, you know? You just hope that he takes it upon himself to get the help that he needs, because we all care about him a lot.”

This news is definitely surprising, as beyond Margera’s firing, he actually went on to file a lawsuit against Paramount Pictures, MTV Networks, and members of the Jackass Forever team (including Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville). He alleged that the team violated his civil rights by asking him to sign a wellness agreement, which involved being tested for drugs and alcohol multiple times a day, and taking medication each morning on FaceTime with a Paramount-appointed doctor in order to not be terminated.

He had previously claimed on Instagram that he’d written several ideas for the movie before being fired: “I wrote them so many ideas and if I’m not in the movie, and they use my ideas, how do you think that will make me feel?” he said. “The last thing I want to do is be in a courtroom with Jeff f***ing Tremaine. I love him.”

Jackass Forever is the first film in the series to release in over a decade, and will feature classic cast members, including Steve-O, Dave England, Wee Man, and Chris Pontius. It’s set to release on 4 February, so there’s not long to wait, and with Margera now making an appearance, even if only a small one, fans have even more to look forward to.
