Baldur’s Gate 3. Just saying the game’s name makes me feel all warm and fuzzy at this point. I’m still waiting to play, sadly, as I tragically don’t own a gaming PC. As such, I have taken to watching other people tweet about the game with a steely gaze not unlike a woman stood on the beach waiting for husband to return from war.
The good news, of course, is that PlayStation 5 owners will have the most up to date version of Baldur’s Gate 3, meaning most of the major teething issues will have been ironed out - especially with the release of a brand-new update on the PC version that fixes thousands of bugs and massively cleans up what is already an incredible experience.

According to Larian, Baldur's Gate 3's first patch makes an awful lot of changes. The team has addressed issues like "NPCs who sometimes spot you when they really shouldn’t be able to, floating items like mugs and newspapers that should abide the laws of gravity, and the conclusion to Shadowheart’s romance scene not triggering for some players, among others."
Patch 1 also fixes a ton of visual bugs and adds some extra polish to the game, and Larian is already hard at work on a second patch and "significant performance improvements".
