Atomic Heart players are lining up to have sex with a fridge

Atomic Heart players are lining up to have sex with a fridge named Nora. Yes, really.

Atomic Heart players are lining up to have sex with a fridge named Nora. Now there’s a line I never expected to write on a Monday morning.

Never mind being a babe magnet, we want to be a fridge magnet. Am I right? No, ok, sorry, not sorry. Anyway, let’s quickly move on.

Atomic Heart, the Bioshock and Wolfenstein-inspired FPS from Russian developer Mundfish has been the talk of the town lately since its launch in February 2023. Set in an alternative history timeline, Atomic Heart tells the story of a KGB agent in a world where the Russians defeated Nazi Germany in WW2.

Atomic Heart has mostly been met with positive reviews. It’s currently averaging between 71 to 75 on Metacritic as well as having a score of 74 on OpenCritic. However, that’s not to say that it hasn't been met with some negative criticism too.

Atomic Heart also features some, let’s some peculiar sexualised moments, to say the least. That being said, as reported by PC Gamer, perhaps nothing is as peculiar as players wanting to have sex with a fridge.

Such desires have been expressed in some very strange Steam user reviews. Perhaps none stranger than the comment made by user Matt_KLPS who said “BRB, I'm going to the kitchen to f*ck the fridge”. Whatever floats your boat, I guess?

What’s more, some Steam users are even declaring desires to be tied to the bed. “YES NORA YOU CAN TIE ME TO THE BED”, said Nyceur. I mean, I’m not sure how the logistics of that would work, but ok.

Another Steam user claimed that Nora the fridge has made them “question my sexuality, Samsung get on this !!!” Just as a heads up, this Steam user review rabbit goes a lot deeper. You have been warned.

Atomic Heart is available now for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Furthermore, it is also available via Xbox Game Pass at no extra cost for subscribers. However, may I suggest, please stay away from in-game refrigerators, for your and our peace of mind. Please.
